Every piece is printed after you order it, which takes 2 to 5 business days. Then it ships: 4 to 10 business days to the EU, 6 to 14 to the UK, Norway and Switzerland, 4 to 10 to the USA and Canada, and 10 to 25 to the rest of the world. Add the two together for your total. Customs and public holidays can add a few days. You get a tracking link the moment there is one.

Printed to order by our print partners in Europe and the US, then shipped from whichever facility is nearest to you. We hold no stock, so nothing sits in a warehouse getting dusty. Order a few things and they may arrive in separate parcels on different days; nothing is missing. Your country may charge import duties on delivery. Those are set by them, not by us.

Yes. In the EU you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Email info@super-rat-spices.com with your order number and what is coming back. We send the return address within 2 business days, you post it within 14 days of telling us, and the refund follows within 14 days of it reaching us. Try it on by all means, just don't wash it or wear it out. Return postage is on you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Then it's on us, and we usually replace or refund without asking for it back.
